Mavrik Scalper MT5 is an automated Expert Advisor designed specifically for Gold (XAUUSD) trading on MetaTrader 5.

Risk Management

Mavrik Scalper includes several configurable tools for managing trading exposure.

Users can select between automatic risk-based position sizing and fixed lot sizing. The EA also provides controls for daily loss limits, total drawdown limits, strict balance monitoring and automatic position closure when configured thresholds are reached.

Every trade is designed to use a predefined Stop Loss, while break-even and trailing-stop functionality can be used as part of the position-management process.

Important: Risk controls must be configured appropriately for your account. The original product settings show some protection limits disabled by default, so users should review all settings before trading live.

No Martingale or Grid

Mavrik Scalper does not use Martingale, grid expansion or position averaging as part of its described trading approach.

Losses therefore do not automatically trigger progressively larger recovery positions. However, avoiding these techniques does not eliminate trading risk or guarantee against losses.

Live & Backtested Results

The displayed live signal reports 125.54% growth, a 9.6% maximum drawdown, and an 18-week signal period for the data shown. The page also displays a 98.8% profitable-trade ratio for that historical period.

A separate historical XAUUSD M5 backtest covering January 1, 2026 through July 31, 2026 is also shown. That test used a $500 starting balance and reported $2,235.46 net profit, with 1,391 trades and 8.12% relative equity drawdown. The report indicates 57% history quality using real ticks.
